Minuted acts as the BC attorney and official BC office for companies formed outside BC. Companies from other Canadian provinces and federal corporations use the BC Attorney plan ($249 a year); companies formed outside Canada use the International plan ($399 a year), which adds a BC location for records BC law requires them to keep here and files the BC registration with no service fee. A practicing BC lawyer is the attorney.
BC government fees: $31.50 for name approval and $350 to register, except that companies from Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba pay no registration fee and federal corporations need no name approval. Minuted files the registration for $99 on its BC Attorney plan, and with no service fee on its International plan.
